This team partners with Field Sales Leaders on cutting edge GTM strategies, metric tracking, and infrastructure development. Sales Operations is integral to the overall success of the sales organization, providing data, process, and decision making that ultimately drives revenue, growth and sales productivity. This is a full-time position located in Palo Alto, CA or Austin, TX (or remote).
Rubrik’s Americas Sales team is one of the fastest growing in the industry and is led by a dynamic team of sales executives and cross-functional leaders. The Sr. Sales Operations Analyst will have the charter and opportunity to help shape the growth of the business through a combination of metric tracking and reporting, territory planning, and strategic projects focused on growth and optimization.
What You’ll Do:
Define key performance metrics, develop reports and dashboards to derive insights into the health of the business, identify areas of weakness, and present improvement recommendations
Use advanced analytics and machine learning models to work on large datasets and initiatives to drive short, and long-term revenue goals
Drive standardize reporting across segments for Americas Sales leadership in partnership with Sales Ops segment leads
Work across our Americas sales teams to help grow and shape the business to drive growth, bringing a combination of analytical and operational experience
Support Quarterly Business Reviews and participate in bi-annual sales planning/business performance assessment
Invest in identifying areas of improvement and managing/delivering ad-hoc projects pertaining to sales strategy/ops. and related areas to drive value
Influence and work with cross-functional stakeholders in identifying and executing use-cases to drive top-line revenue
Support sales teams with quoting and account management requests and navigate internal systems and processes (e.g. SFDC, CPQ, Clari)
Work with various internal partners (Order Mgmt., Deal Desk, Finance, Sales Management and Product Ops.) to drive continuity of supply and process improvement
Ability to analyze, structure and build equitable sales territories globally and work with sales and cross-functional teams in designing quotas
Provide support for SFDC administration and configuration
Experience You’ll Need:
High degree of confidence handling and analyzing large data sets (Advanced SFDC & Excel knowledge required, Tableau experience a plus)
Sales or business operations experience working directly with sales leaders
Preferred technical experience: Machine learning, Snowflake, Python or R, Salesforce (SFDC), CPQ and Advanced Excel, Territory planning/carving/segmentation.
3 years in Sales or Business Operations or similar role
Education: Bachelors degree or above
Strong understanding of revenue reporting and how to parse sales/financial analytics
Experience in structuring problems, taking initiative and following through with strong execution
Experience in high-tech industry and running cross-functional projects a plus
Qualifications:
Proactive, creative, flexible and use good judgment to accomplish tasks on schedule with minimal direction and supervision
High-energy, company first, positive attitude: Passionate and motivated to make a massive impact and work hard in a fast-paced environment
Strong people skills: Ability to develop relationships, drive consensus, and results from cross-functional teams
Detail oriented, willing to roll up his/her sleeves and get things done on time with quality results

The minimum and maximum base salaries for this role are posted below; additionally, the role is eligible for bonus potential, equity and benefits. The range displayed reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for the role based on U.S. location. Within the range, the salary offered will be determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.

$97,400—$146,200 USD
