Job Title: Maintenance Supervisor

Job Description

We are seeking a hands-on Maintenance Supervisor to direct and schedule maintenance personnel, overseeing the general maintenance of all facility buildings, equipment, and grounds.

This role involves working closely with the following components:

25 Fanuc robots

troubleshooting Allen Bradley PLCs

performing various electrical tasks such as changing fuses and troubleshooting shorts

use a CMMS to create reactive work orders

manage 2 technicians per shift

support the Company Safety Program by conducting weekly safety meetings

Compliance with 6S, ISO/TS16949:2002, OSHA, and EPA standards is essential

Additional responsibilities include maintaining and troubleshooting hydraulic, pneumatic, and electrical equipment, executing preventative and predictive maintenance programs, assisting with equipment installation, and partnering with support groups to complete company projects.

This is a non-climate controlled environment, operating 4 days a week with 10-hour shifts from Monday through Thursday and occasional work on Friday.
