Create and maintain Request for Quotes for MRP replenishment items
Support Contract Lifecycle Management
P-Card process management and reconciliation
Expediting purchases
Investigating receiving/invoicing discrepancies
Material analysis and data enhancement for Master Data support
Complete warehouse analysis and reporting on an ad hoc basis

Supply Chain Operations and Projects
Support Procure-to-Pay process for goods and services
Identify cost reductions and mitigate risks
Support vendor setup and contract closeout processes
Basic contract negotiations with stakeholder engagement
Support Contract Lifecycle Management
Support material expediting
Investigating receiving/invoicing discrepancies
Materials Management/Warehouse

Education
Pursuing an undergraduate degree in Supply Chain Management, or Business Administration
Preference will be given to students in 3rd or 4th year
Availability for multiple work terms is preferred
Strong academic performance
Ability to work 40 hours per week during the scheduled semester
