Job Summary
Job Description
Responsibilities:
Review, revise, and negotiate all carrier and master services agreements, licenses, leases and occupancy agreements, order forms, amendments, and other binding agreements
Create and maintain all contract records, oversee the document execution process and maintain compliance with contractual terms and conditions
Lead regular contract meetings with all relevant stakeholders to ensure contract terms and conditions are consistent with internal stakeholder goals
Responsible for moving contracts and change orders through an established process to completion, including working with all applicable stakeholders on documents that are not progressing in a timely manner
Work with our external legal counsel to improve process flow for all contracts from inception through to execution
Train and guide internal stakeholders with NDAs, order forms, contracts, and workflow creation and automation
Qualifications:
Bachelors degree or equivalent work experience
5 years of experience in contract management and/or contract negotiation
