Overview

Monitoring student progress across courses

Communicates with student and family weekly for progress monitoring

Ability to use Video Conferencing for communication

Easily accessible to students and families by phone and email

Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor

Ability to answer questions for current and prospective students

Complete orientations with 24 hours of notification

Monitor student progress and attendance daily

Monitor extra learning opportunities (ELO) each week

Ability to close out completed courses and issue grades

Complete Course Grade Submission Form in timely manner

Keep up to date with academic warning letters, truancy letters, and AIP conferences

Manage caseload of average of 12-24 students

Provide Special Education services (virtual and/or face to face) according to IEP

Demonstrate knowledge of adaptive technologies

Facilitate IEP meetings for students

Write and implement IEP

Compile and maintain special education files

Monitor and report progress toward IEP goals and Objectives

Complete all activities required for compliance with IDEA

Maintain accurate records

Demonstrate thorough knowledge of basic computer skills (including Google)

Develop positive relationships with students and colleagues

Keep detailed documentation from conferences

Serve as instructional supervisor for all students assigned through online system

Share in workload of general projects

Lead parent orientations

Participate in staff meetings and conferences
