CAREER SPECIALIST

We are adding a Career Specialist to our team for OhioMeansJobs Adams-Brown Counties.

The position is 40 hours per week starting at $15.75 per hour.

The    individual will work with participants to determine the need for services and/or referral to the appropriate agency; implement the WIOA and/or TANF Program services process.

Qualifications: Bachelors Degree is preferred; social service experience, business background may be considered in lieu of a degree; exceptional interpersonal and communication skills required; must also have good organizational and computer skills. Applicant should be knowledgeable of local employers, training institutes, business community and related community programs and agencies. Individual must have a valid Ohio Drivers license with clean driving record, which meets the agencys fleet insurance company standards.
