Farrowing Technician

SHIFT HOURS: Monday through Friday 5:30am-2:30pm, partial shift every 3rd weekend.

STARTING HOURLY RATE: $16.65 with the potential of increasing to $17.90 after 90 days

PERKS: Monthly and year-end profit-sharing bonuses (dependent upon company performance)

All training will be provided. Job functions include:

– Processing and vaccinating newborn piglets.
– Caring for ill animals per veterinary and manager guidance and maintaining records.
– Maintaining a designated feeding routine.
– Keeping up on barn maintenance and cleanliness, which includes power washing.
