Contract Recruiter (Urgent Hire)

Job Summary: As a Recruiter, you will be responsible for managing the full recruitment cycle, from identifying potential candidates to onboarding new hires. You will work closely with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
Source Candidates: Utilize various channels (job boards, social media, networking, etc.) to identify and attract potential candidates.
Screen Resumes: Review resumes and applications to shortlist qualified candidates.
Conduct Interviews: Schedule and conduct initial interviews to assess candidates’ skills, experience, and cultural fit.
Coordinate Hiring Process: Work with hiring managers to arrange interviews, gather feedback, and make hiring decisions.
Extend Offers: Prepare and extend job offers to selected candidates, and negotiate terms as needed.
Onboarding: Assist with the onboarding process to ensure a smooth transition for new hires.
Maintain Records: Keep accurate and up-to-date records of all recruitment activities and candidate interactions.
Build Relationships: Develop and maintain strong relationships with candidates, hiring managers, and external recruitment agencies.
Additional Skills & Qualifications:
Minimum of 2 years of experience recruiting
Experience recruiting production, maintenance, and supply chain skill sets
Comfortable working within a fast paced environment
Experience Level:
Intermediate Level
