Sales Executive:
My client is looking for a Sales Executive to create long-term, trusting relationships with our customers. The Sales Executive role is to actively seek new sales opportunities. Account management responsibilities include developing strong relationships with industry executives. The Sales Executive responds to prospect inquiries and identifies new business opportunities. In this role, you will liaise with cross-functional internal teams to improve the entire customer experience. You will be responsible for researching, prospecting, qualifying, and closing sales with customers, focusing on the metalcasting & foundry industry. The ideal candidate is intelligent, hungry for success and never settles for second best. This person is someone who has a minimum of 1 – 2 years experience in a B2B sales environment and is not intimidated by cold calling.
Responsibilities
Manage the entire sales cycle from lead generation to closing the deal
Researching, prospecting, cold calling and qualifying sales leads
Recognize the needs of the customer and provide detailed information about their ERP software solution and how it attains the customers goals.
Effectively demonstrate services and strategy through a combination of pitch decks and technology demonstrations
Contacting various C-Level and senior level executives and scheduling tele-conferences, Web meetings, and face to face meetings
Work with the business development team in preparation, attendance, and exhibition at tradeshows
Provide professional after-sales support for future orders to enhance the customers dedication and experience.
Negotiate agreements.
Stay abreast of market trends and competitors.
Advise on appropriate user training and implementation costs.
Participate in professional associations, committees, trade shows and chapter meetings.
Maintaining and updating a CRM package with daily activity logs and managing data quality.
Achieve quarterly, and annual sales targets

Skills
Demonstrable ability to communicate, present and influence key stakeholders at all levels of an organization, including executive and C-level.
Experience delivering client-focused solutions to customer needs.
A basic knowledge of ERP systems.
Proven ability to juggle multiple account executive projects at a time, while maintaining sharp attention to detail.
Written and verbal communication proficiency.
Understanding of change management and how it impacts the purchase and implementation of ERP software
Teamwork orientation.
Listening, presentation and demonstration skills.
A basic knowledge of business and manufacturing processes.
Required Education and Experience
BS or BA in business administration, sales, marketing or engineering. Proven experience as an Account Executive, or in other sales/customer B2B service role. Experience with cold calling, networking, and tradeshows. Knowledge of market research, sales and negotiating principles. Outstanding knowledge of MS Office; knowledge of CRM software.
Pay range and compensation package
Base pay is in the $60-$70K base range you also earn commissions and have a car allowance. Full benefits and matching 401k.
Pay Details: $70,000.00 to $90,000.00 per year
