Summary of Position:

The Human Resources Data/Process Analyst Specialist is responsible for the consistent delivery of a broad range of HR support and performs a variety of Human Resources functions. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to engage in cross-functional HR projects, and new initiatives. This individual must display a commitment to providing superior customer service and value working with a diverse constituency. The incumbent is expected to have exceptional critical thinking, and analytical skills; with the ability to work independently with little supervision. This individual works as an integral member of the Human Resource team in identifying and implementing process improvement initiatives. The successful candidate must be responsive, excel at problem solving, and demonstrate the ability to communicate effectively and professionally. This position reports to the AVP/Chief Human Resources Officer.
