BI-Lingual Janitor Lead

Bi-Lingual Janitor Lead Needed for a busy janitor company in Grand Rapids for 2nd shift.

$16 per hour plus quarterly bonuses (calculates to $1 – $4 per hour extra per quarter based on company sales)

M – F – some weekends required

2nd shift – 4pm – 12am 

Responsibilities of Bi-Lingual Lead Janitor will include:

– Travel to multiple job sites to check on cleaning crews for quality assurance and customer satisfaction
– Manage crews on sites as needed
– Fill in as part of cleaning crew as needed
– Train cleaning crew as needed
– Thorough and careful cleaning of floors, carpets, windows, ect.
– Carpet extractions, tile and grout cleaning using various machines
– Able to load and unload machinery and cleaning equipment into vans
– Great attention to detail required.
– Able to work either independantly or as a team as needed
