Our Evansville, IN, location is part of our Coatings division, and creates various breading, batter, and coating blends for Kerry brands and customers. What Youll Do

The starting wage for this role is $23.00 per hour. This position may also be eligible for a shift differential and/or overtime. In addition to your pay, Kerry offers benefits such as a comprehensive benefits package, incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase and retirement contribution (all benefits and incentives are subject to eligibility requirements).

$1.50 an hour shift differential

2nd shift 1pm to 9 pm

3rd shift 9pm to 5 am

What Youll Do:

Adhere to all safety policies and procedures while maintaining ahazard-free work area.

Follow oral and or written work instructions.

Ensure cleanliness of the workstation when beginning work

Verify and feed raw materials into the production process.

Ensure products produced meet quality and food safety standards.

Check yields and investigate discrepancies.

Maintain accurate production records.

Monitor machinery for malfunctions.

Notify supervisor of unusual problems, delays, and/or safetyissues

Report food safety problems

Clean workstation and equipment at shift-end

Follow Standard Operating Procedures, General ManufacturingPrinciples safety rules, sanitation rules, good housekeepingprocedures, and company rules of conduct!

Participate in all company training for food safety and plantsafety!

Perform other duties as assigned!

What Youll Need To Be Successful And Safe

High school diploma or GEDequivalent

Ability to work well with others in fast paced, dynamicenvironment.

Ability to be respectful, approachable and team oriented whilebuilding strong working relationships and a positive workenvironment.

Must be able to read, write, perform basic mathematicalcalculations, and accurately record datarequired.

Must be able to frequently stand, walk, kneel, reach, climb,pull, and bend with full range of bodymotion.

Must be able to work independently and/or on a team in a fast-pacedenvironment.

Must be able to work in uncomfortable environmentsincluding hot, cold, wet and/or humid conditions. Occasionalexposure to fumes or airborne particles; toxic or causticchemicals will occur. Possible exposure to nutallergens.

Must be willing to work weekends, holidays, and varyingshifts, as required.
