Job Title: Microscope Assembly
Job Description
Work in the Arden Hills location on the 2nd shift from 1:30 pm to 10 pm, Monday to Friday. Overtime on Saturdays is common. Responsibilities include assembling small plastic and electronic components for hearing aid and pacemaker batteries. You will use a microscope for assembly and quality checking for up to 6 hours per shift. This role involves working in a clean-room environment, using tweezers and small hand tools. You must follow work orders and complete documentation, which requires the ability to read and write in English. Most of the workday involves sitting.

This is a fully on-site position in Arden Hills, Minnesota.
Work Environment
You will work in a clean room wearing a lab coat, hair covering, gloves, and safety glasses. Makeup is not allowed. The company is small, with around 50 people per shift in the building. The facility is new and has a family feel. Many employees have been with the company for 15 years.
