Premium Medical Billing Support Specialist – $25/hr

Now Hiring for a Premium Support Specialist to help members with their premium and enrollment questions by helping with calculations on the phone with them!!

Description:

– Reps take between 40-60 calls/day (6-8/hour) from members who have questions regarding their premium bills & enrollment issues.

– Questions often are regarding coverage, copayments, premium billing, network, premiums, deductibles, etc.

– They will perform follow ups via outbound calls and written communication

Qualifications:

– 2 years (recent) of Medical Billing experience – the 2 years must be at 1 role consistently and not multiple roles added together

Shift:

Monday-Friday, 9am-6pm
