Survey Crew Chief

Survey Crew Chief functions as an experienced professional who will perform technical collection and electronic transfer of data, detailed record keeping, adherence to safety practices and supervision of field staff. Duties may vary from project to project. This position is based out of our Blaine, MN office; Essential job duties will include, but are not limited to: Section subdivision surveys Boundary surveys Topographic surveys ALTA/NSPS Land Title Surveys Construction layout and staking As-built surveys Act as a field technical manager on certain projects, overseeing projects as they move from initialization through final construction Coordinate equipment maintenance, inventory, repair, and inspections with supervisor or equipment manager Professional and complete written and electronic communication with internal staff and external clients Provide detailed record keeping and field notes Carlson McCain, Inc. is a full-service consulting firm specializing in engineering, land surveying, and environmental services.
