Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated Janitor to join our team. The Janitor will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness within our facilities, ensuring a safe and sanitary environment for all occupants.

Duties
– Perform custodial duties such as sweeping, mopping, and dusting
– Conduct commercial and industrial cleaning tasks
– Utilize buffing equipment for floor care
– Maintain cleanliness of all areas including restrooms, offices, and common spaces
– Assist with facilities maintenance tasks as needed
– Support porter duties such as trash removal and recycling
– Basic residential painting tasks may be required

Experience
– Previous experience in custodial or janitorial roles is preferred
– Knowledge of commercial cleaning practices
– Familiarity with industrial cleaning equipment
– Ability to maintain high standards of cleanliness
– Experience in floor care techniques is a plus

Job Types: Part-time, Contract

Pay: $22.18 – $32.18 per hour

Expected hours: 9 per week
