Job Title: Violations Reviewer II

Job Description

This person will report to Violations Supervisors.

Job Summary:

Lead, motivate, and develop a team of Violation Reviewers. Assist Violation Review Supervisors, process supervisor approvals, and perform tasks of a Violation Review Operator.

– Monitor, review, and process violations in accordance with established processes and procedures.

– Process daily Supervisor Confirm file records through visual match of vehicle make and appropriate lane. Manually correct Owner names and addresses that are longer than 30 characters prior to confirmation.

– Assist in review and information lookup in LexisNexis of violation records with license plates that cannot be acquired through SOS or Nlets.

– Identify and communicate effectively on areas with need for improved efficiencies.

– Review all violations processed by VR 1 members to ensure no errors are made.

– Perform other duties as assigned.

This is a Contract-to-Hire position with a duration of 90 Day(s).

Work Site

This is a hybrid position requiring some days on-site in Lombard, Illinois and some days remote.

Work Environment

HOURS: M-F 8:30-5pm. It is a quiet office environment. 90% of their day is sitting at their desk reviewing photos/videos. Business casual attire. They can wear jeans on Fridays. Strict cell phone policy. Must be able to stay on task. No pay increase upon going perm but will get an annual review/raises. Company benefits include health insurance.
