We are immediately hiring a full-time, Speech Language Pathologist with our school partner in Channahon, Illinois. This position is in a highly supportive and community-focused Elementary School that provides outstanding resources to its related staff and students. In this position, the SLP will support an Early Childhood-2nd grade caseload. The SLP will also provide cross-categorical pull-out and push-in services. This position will be covering a Maternity Leave and will begin in February through the end of the school year in May. We look forward to hearing from you!

Responsibilities of the Speech Language Pathologist:
Ability to begin employment on February 19th, 2024.
Work full-time, Monday-Friday.
Support an Early Childhood-2nd grade student population.
Provide cross-categorical pull-out and push-in services.
Observe students and collect data to measure progress and adjust treatment plans.
Collaborate with classroom teachers, parents/guardians, and other staff to meet the student’s speech and or language needs.
Responsible for creating IEPs, evaluations, and supporting assessments.
Attend and present in IEP meetings.
Other duties to be assigned.
Qualifications of the Speech Language Pathologist:
Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
Professional Educator License (PEL) eligible in the state of Illinois
Active Illinois Speech-Language Pathology License.
Previous experience with an Early Childhood-2nd grade population is preferred, not required.
