Administrative Assistant Needed

LEGAL SECRETARY EXPERIENCE A PLUS

Location: Joliet, IL

Hours: Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM

Pay Rate: $20-$25/hour

Job Description : Office in Joliet is seeking a dedicated and professional administrative candidate to join our team. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our clients, providing excellent customer service and administrative support to ensure the smooth operation of our office.

Key Responsibilities:

Greet and welcome clients and visitors in a friendly and professional manner

Answer and direct phone calls, taking detailed messages as needed

Schedule appointments and manage the office calendar

Handle incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries

Maintain a clean and organized reception area

Perform general administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and ordering supplies

Assist with additional tasks and projects as needed
