What You Will Do

As a Financial Analyst, you will play a crucial role in advising the
organization on financial matters, analyzing data, and contributing to
strategic decision-making. Youll guide teams in identifying and
implementing improvement opportunities. This role will be a good fit for
you if you thrive in a global matrix environment, with little
supervision, and are known throughout the organization as a finance
Subject Matter Expert. Here are the key responsibilities and
requirements for this role:

– Develop financial models through benchmarking and process analysis.
– Forecast quarterly and annual profits based on historical data and
market trends.
– Prepare cost projections to assist in budgeting and financial
planning.
– Analyze and report on current financial status, identifying areas
for improvement.
– Explore investment options and present risks and opportunities.
– Coordinate with the management team on long-term financial planning.
– Review accounting transactions for data accuracy.
– Establish and maintain financial policies.
– Drive financial/commercial process management.
– Maintain confidentiality of financial information and investment
decisions.

What You Will Bring

– Required Degree: Bachelors Degree, preferably in Finance or
Business Administration.
– Years of Experience: 3-5 years.
– Advanced Excel skills.
– Preferred FP&A software experience such as HFM, Essbase, EPM
Planning and reporting, or others.
