WSP is currently initiating a search for a full-time Marketing Specialist in any US location where we have an office. A few of many possibilities include Kennesaw, Lakeland, Lakewood, Denver, Buffalo, Novi, Sacramento and Charlotte to name just a few. Be involved in projects with our award-winning Strategic Growth Team (SGT) – a multi-faceted and industry-best marketing, sales and communications organization in support of our Earth & Environment (E&E) business across the US.

This position is in-office and will support the SGT (marketing team) with proposal and collateral printing and production, compliance flip-through, labeling and shipping; conference and event logistics including booth materials and promotional item ordering, shipping and inventory maintenance; assists with coordinating aspects of preparing proposals and qualifications; assists with managing data in the marketing and sales systems; maintains marketing and sales collateral; supports communications initiatives; organizes marketing data; creates PowerPoint presentations, excel workbooks and other documents in support of the business; and other tasks in support of the SGT mission.

Your Impact

Supports Special Projects Marketing Manager in execution of print production

Supports Special Projects Marketing Manager in execution of conference and event logistics

Assists with coordinating aspects of preparing proposals and qualifications

Assists with managing data in the marketing and sales systems

Organizes and maintains inventory of marketing and sales collateral

Creates PowerPoint presentations, excel workbooks and other documents in support of the business

Organizes meetings at the request of others

Perform general research, as requested

Compare and contrast data/lists/materials

Demonstrated eye for detail in all tasks

Demonstrated ability to work well with others

Collaborates with graphic design staff to produce materials

Supports client account teams through research and other tasks as requested

May support communications activities, including announcements, writing for newsletters, project awards and other special communications-related projects

Support marketing managers with various projects, as needed. Support the Director with special projects, as needed.

Who You Are

Required Qualifications

High School Diploma

7 years’ experience in the same or similar capacity

Good verbal and written communication skills

Proficient with the Microsoft Office Suite

Experience with the Adobe Creative Suite, SharePoint, and other communications-related software programs is a plus

Strong organizational skills with ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines

Demonstrated ability to handle multiple projects and details simultaneously

Demonstrated experience with print production

Preferred Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree

Experience in the AEC industry

Compensation:

Expected Salary (all locations): $53,900 – $97,900

WSP USA is providing the compensation range that the company in good faith believes it might pay and offer for this position, based on the successful applicant’s education, experience, knowledge, skills, abilities in addition to internal equity and specific geographic location. WSP USA reserves the right to ultimately pay more or less than the posted range and offer additional benefits and other compensation, depending on circumstances not related to an applicant’s sex or other status protected by local, state, and/or federal law.

Expected Salary (Colorado only): $53,900 – $91,850
