Requirements: Experience with auto parts sales required People focused and ability to provide great customer service Ability to work in a fast-paced work environment Strong organizational and time management skills Professional appearance and strong work ethic Proficient with computer skills is preferred Valid and current Driver’s license with ability to maintain a good driving record Communicate with staff and customers in a friendly and professional manner Responsibilities: What we offer: Oversee the parts sales process from customer inquiry to finding the part to invoicing the customer Work with Parts Manager to locate parts not immediately available in stock Effectively, efficiently, and with a high level of service, handles all internal and external Client phone calls and in-person inquiries; provides price quotes and other information; reviews body shop estimates to ensure the ordered parts are correct and that all pricing is in line with the estimate. Complete Special Order Part request for any parts that need to be ordered for the customer Locates out-of-stock parts from outside source and submits an emergency order as required Maintains gross profit percentages as appropriate for each Client and pay type Communicate with customer on the status of any parts ordered and notify them upon delivery to the dealership Serve as backup to Stocking Clerk as necessary Effectively and efficiently tracks and follows up on back-order parts Must follow all company safety policies and procedures Understand and follow federal, state and local regulations applicable to industry Other duties assigned Weekly Pay Structure Leading healthcare benefits 401 (k) plus match Paid time-off 5-day work week Appreciation events Referral Programs Continuing education
