Responsibilities
The Food Service Sales Representative for Local Restaurants will execute a selling strategy to win local restaurant business, while supporting and growing existing business. A successful candidate will manage key customer relationships including customer agreements that deliver against PepsiCo Beverages North America (PBNA) operating plans and partnership expectations, as well as deliver against new restaurant business targets. Customers for this segment are focused on supporting restaurants, growing brand distribution, and delivering exceptional customer support.
Responsibilities
– Win New Local Restaurant Business within designated territory and grow Independent Restaurant share
– Build and maintain strategic partnerships with Restaurant customers and drive customer satisfaction through superior service and execution including contract renewals
– Leverage technology to plan and support selling efforts
– Maximize volume and revenue in assigned accounts (base customers and new partnerships) utilizing fact-based selling methods
– Execution of Contract/Customer Development Agreements including Trade Payment Management and contract compliance
– Activate local and national marketplace initiatives and promotions to build brand development and maximize brand performance
– Work closely with the PBNA locations selling operations team to improve overall customer satisfaction
– Optimize beverages per PBNA guidelines
– Responsible for coordinating fountain, bottle and can -revenue growth.
Compensation and Benefits
– The expected compensation range for this position is between $55,800 – $87,000.
– Location confirmed job-related skills, and experience will be considered in setting actual starting salary. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range during the hiring process.
– Bonus based on performance and eligibility target payout is 15% of your annual base salary (a cumulative 10% paid on a quarterly basis and 5% paid annually)
– Company vehicle eligible role

Qualifications
– Minimum 1 year of fact-based selling experience
– Bachelors degree and/or equivalent work experience
– Food Service or consumer packaged goods experience
– Intermediate/Advanced Excel & Power point skills
– Must be willing and able to lift 40 lbs. periodically
– Must possess a valid drivers license.
– Must be authorized to work in the United States
