Evaluation and Reporting Assistant
The University of Pittsburgh Clinical and Translational Science Institute CTSI is seeking an Evaluation and Reporting Assistant to conduct the following tasks:
Dashboards and Evaluation Reporting Support
Update and present project dashboards
Support creation and maintenance of slide decks that contain project evaluation data
Support fulfillment of other data requests for reporting
Administrative and Communications Support
Proofread documents
Prepare slide decks and schedule meetings focused on evaluation
Take notes to inform an issues and decisions log
Dissemination Support
Identify appropriate journals for manuscript submission
Proofread drafts of manuscripts
Support tracking team progress on manuscripts
Support facilitation of dissemination meetings
Bachelors degree preferred.
Must be able to work with a diverse group of people.
Job Summary
Collects, inputs, updates, and maintains accurate data on computer systems and in archives. Prepares, compiles, reviews, and verifies data. Designs and prepares advanced reports and data visualizations. Organizes and manipulates data and stores security and backup data files.
Essential Functions
Ability to operate a PC and communicate effectively both verbally and in written form with a broad variety of people. Telephone skills, computer and keyboard skills, strong written and verbal communication skills, strong organizational skills. Ability to connect with people from diverse backgrounds.
Physical Effort
Position is generally sedentary, but there may be times when position requires mobility to attend meetings both in person and virtually. Ability to move throughout campus to attend face to face meetings and or participate in virtual meetings or lift reports weighting approximately 15lbs.
