Job Title: Owners Relations Specialist
Job Description
The Owners Relation Agent I will handle a variety of tasks to support landowners and internal departments. Responsibilities include scanning documents into the internal database, creating and monitoring Salesforce accounts/cases, preparing and mailing Change of Address and ACH forms, processing new/revised owner account data, and answering incoming calls on the Owner Relations hotline. The agent will also create and maintain strong relationships with interest partners and industry peers, research owner inquiries related to discrepancies in payments, interests, and settlements, and confirm decimal interests by calculating various interest types. Additionally, the role involves analyzing data to confirm leasehold HBP status, reviewing lease documents to confirm lease terms and other details, and providing assistance to the legal department to resolve claims and civil matters. Other land department responsibilities may be assigned as needed.

This is a contract position with a duration of 9 Month(s). This is a long term position that will become a direct employee.
Work Site
This is a hybrid position in Canonsburg, Pennsylvania.
Work Environment
Hybrid work schedule – 3 days in office, 2 remote (Canonsburg, PA). 6 weeks mandatory in-person training (no calls allowed during this time). Monday-Friday, 7:30 AM – 4:30 PM.
