Pipeline Compliance Coordinator

RESPONSIBILITIES: • Coordinates public outreach to include scheduling liaison meetings and ordering materials (calendars, company logo items, etc.) for public officials, emergency responders and excavators. • Reviews for quality control and digitizes documents to support state and federal compliance audits. • Coordinates with maintenance planners to confirm that work assignments maintain compliance with DOT regulations. • Tracks DOT and non-DOT work orders for maintenance and preventative maintenance, including auditing to ensure work has been completed and is compliant. • Completes purchase order and invoicing duties. • Assists with documentation, tracking and reporting activities such as upcoming or overdue work orders, OPEX, Operator Qualifications, etc. • Provides local fleet coordinator support including matching fuel card purchases with vehicle mileage, maintaining vehicle inventory by ordering and tracking vehicles, and sending drive-cam training reminders.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:• High School or GED equivalent required, Associate or Bachelor’s degree preferred
