Expected salary range of $89,100 to $99,000, varies based on experience, along with comprehensive benefits package that includes bonus and 401(k).

This Security Programs Lead is for the Crane Clean Energy Center in Middletown, PA (near Harrisburg).

PRIMARY PURPOSE OF POSITION

The Site Programs Lead owns and manages the learning programs for site security and provides support, and perform functions for these programs for site security. The position will ensure standard implementation of the management model for the corrective action program, self assessment program, benchmarking, and operating experience program through the development of fleet procedures, performance of self-assessments, and management of the site corrective action program. Additionally, the position provides support and perform functions for the business continuity program. Also, the position is responsible for providing analysis, definition, and direction to site securitys performance through the use of indicators, trends, and other performance monitoring tools. Assume responsibilities of the Site Security Operations Coordinator in their absence.

PRIMARY DUTIES AND ACCOUNTABILITIES

Develop and modify department descriptions, policies, and procedures/training to assure consistent application, appropriate change management, and integration with Exelons Nuclear Management Model. Prepare and submit revisions in accordance with the Exelon Nuclear writers guide and established procedure processes.

Design indicators that measure securitys operational, financial, and safety performance. Analyze performance trends and provide guidance for recommended problem solutions. Improve performance by conducting trend, common cause, and root cause investigations as applicable.

Coordinate the Self Assessment program functions for the department and provide site support, and perform functions for site security self assessment. The governance and oversight duties include reviewing site security self-assessment products (check-ins, FASAs) for alignment to management model standards. The support and perform duties include department training, developing self assessment reports, supporting site FASAs, and peer checking products for the fleet.

Support the Fleet Operating Experience Program including the fleet contact to the DHS HSIN network. Develop operating experience documents for the site and fleet based on lessons learned at the site or from the HSIN network. Assign actions to the site security for assuring implementation of the lessons learned to prevent recurrence in site security.

Coordinate the Benchmarking Program for site security. Maintain the benchmarking schedule and assure site benchmarking is occurring in accordance with management model procedures. Respond to benchmarking inquiries from outside the company as a site response.

Coordinate the Corrective Action Program (CAP) functions for the department and provide site support and perform functions for site security CAP. The governance and oversight duties include reviewing site security CAP products for alignment to management model standards, developing fleet security trend reports. The support and perform duties include department training, conducting supervisory reviews, CAP trending, coding, report development, root cause support to the fleet all to ensure adherence to the management model across fleet security.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

Possess Tap Root root cause investigator certification or obtain within one (1) year of assignment WITH

High School Diploma with four (4) years previous supervisor or manager experience directly applicable to security, law enforcement, or military with at least two (2) years previous experience as a department Corrective Action Program, Learning Programs, and/or Human Performance Coordinator OR

Associate Degree with three (3) years previous supervisor or manager experience directly applicable to security, law enforcement, or military with at least two (2) years previous experience as a department Corrective Action Program, Learning Programs, and/or Human Performance Coordinator OR

Four (4) years nuclear experience, with at least two (2) years previous experience as a department Corrective Action Program, Learning Programs, and/or Human Performance Coordinator

Must complete TapRoot root cause investigator level certification within one (1) year of assignment

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

Nuclear related experience preferred over military
