Expected salary range of $98,100 to $109,000, varies based on experience, along with comprehensive benefits package that includes bonus and 401(k).
This Security Scheduling & Work Control Analyst is for the Crane Clean Energy Center in Middletown, PA (near Harrisburg).

PRIMARY PURPOSE OF POSITION
The Security Scheduling and Work Control Analyst is responsible for the oversight of security work schedule development and shift manning level coordination while maintaining work hour compliance.
PRIMARY DUTIES AND ACCOUNTABILITIES
Assume Project Management responsibilities for all security related projects. Coordinate with other organizations and departments (e.g. corporate security, engineering, work control and maintenance) to plan, organize, and complete projects timely as well as resolve day to day security equipment repair and obsolescence issues.
Attend station work scheduling meetings to assist in the development of detailed, accurate and usable station schedules. Represent the security department in scheduling, identifying impacts that station work may have on security structures and coordinating compensatory action plans to support the work.
Develop and supply security reports to provide effective management tools for execution and feedback. Schedule and follow-up for security related infrastructure work (e.g. BRES, AVBs, ready rooms, lighting, fence repairs, IDS, etc). Coordinate with other departments (as required) to ensure the schedule is met.
Security POC for performance indicator tracking, EOS management, work metrics and plant Barrier impairment processes.
Identify equipment trend issues, coordinate investigations to resolve them and drive completion of assigned projects within the scheduled timeframe and within the budget.
Maintain security keys and cores
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
Associate Degree Criminal justice/related discipline and at least 3 years security experience OR High school diploma and at least 5 years of plant floor or security experience
Excellent written and verbal communication
Basic computer skills
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelors degree
Nuclear Security Supervisory / Management and Security Projects Experience
