Key Responsibilities:

Perform all actions related to the preventive maintenance program of the Company

Intervene in production issues related to mechanical, pneumatic, and electrical maintenance

Perform tooling changes, machine setups, and make in-process adjustments

Rebuild, calibrate, and configure sealing components and controls

Document clear and detailed information regarding machine downtime, repairs, and critical process controls

Assist with start-up and shutdown of machines

Engage in continuous improvement projects

Participate in equipment installation

Test equipment to ensure efficiency and performance needs are met.

Maintain, repair, and rebuild various production machines and equipment

Follow all safety and cGMP requirements

Minimum Requirements:

Post-secondary education degree with a combination of 2 years of experience, or 4 years of experience within a related field

Proficiency in mechanical tasks

– Ability to diagnose and repair a wide variety of equipment based on industrial process controls and pneumatics – PLC Programmable Logic Controllers, reed switches, valves, relays, temperature controllers, and solenoids

Understanding and performing LOTO procedures

Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities

Strong communication skills in both written and verbal forms

Basic math skills

Ability to follow complex procedures
