Job Title: Manufacturing Technician

Pay: $21 – $24 per hour Shift Bonus

Shifts Available:

1st Shift: 6am to 6pm

3rd Shift: 6pm to 6am

Job Description

In this role, you’ll operate state-of-the-art semiconductor-processing equipment in a pristine cleanroom environment. Your contributions will be vital in achieving our daily production goals and advancing our cleanroom fabrication operations. You’ll gain hands-on experience in photolithography, pattern transfer, substrate cleaning, metrology, and more.

Key Responsibilities

Operate Equipment: Skillfully manage both manual and computer-controlled equipment to meet production and quality standards.

Setup and Maintenance: Ensure complex equipment is set up and maintained for optimal performance.

Collaborate: Work closely with team members to process wafers and optical components efficiently.

Monitor Performance: Utilize computer software to track and enhance operational performance.

Quality Control: Adhere to quality management procedures and promptly address any quality issues.

Safety First: Maintain a clean and safe working environment at all times.

Versatility: Take on additional tasks as assigned by your supervisor.

What We’re Looking For

Microscope Skills: Proficient in using microscopes for detailed inspection and assembly.

Electronics Assembly: Experienced in assembling electronic components with precision.

Tech-Savvy: Comfortable using Excel and Word for tracking and reporting.

Cleanroom Experience: Previous experience working in a cleanroom environment is a plus.

Work Environment

You’ll be working in a cleanroom environment, wearing a head-to-toe cleanroom “bunnysuit.” You’ll handle up to 1 gallon of chemicals (acid/base/solvents) while wearing personal protective equipment. Special garments such as cleanroom suits, hoods, shoe covers, and gloves are required to maintain the cleanliness of the workspace.
