Job Description

– Seeking an experienced quality inspector proficient with part orientation, geometric tolerancing, surface finishes, and overall cosmetic appearances.

– Supervise quality measures throughout the companys processes.

– Conduct first piece, in-process, and final inspections daily.

– Utilize 2 Zeiss Contura CMMs; training will be provided if necessary.

– Properly use existing quality tools, including but not limited to: gage pins, calipers, bore gauges, comparator use, thread and height gages.

– Ensure complete traceability for each job; hoists are available for heavy components, but lifting up to 40 lbs may be required.

– Maintain records of material certifications, outside compliance, dimensional reports, and satisfy customer requests.

Skills

Quality inspection experience within metal manufacturing or machine shop environment

Ability to use depth micrometers, calipers, and standard calipers

Ability to read and decipher geometric tolerancing blueprints

Experience working with extremely small tolerances

Work Site

This is a fully on-site position in Willow Grove, Pennsylvania.

Pay

$22-28/HR based off experience
