Ticket Seller

Areas of Responsibilities

Open and/or close ticket window during event hours.

Sell tickets for the Santander Arena and Santander Performing Arts Center.

Provide customer service to patrons at the window and/or over the phone.

Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

Provide great customer service and show the ability to work well with the public and other employees.

Must be able to accurately handle money receipts.

Ticketmaster or other ticketing software experience/knowledge a plus.

Fluency in Spanish preferred.

Ability to work flexible hours, hardworking, and reliable.

Must be computer savvy.
