[[Summary:
[[R3 is seeking an individual to provide support to the Expeditionary Exploitation Unit ONE (EXU-1). The Exploitation Subject Matter Expert (SME) will support the EXU-1 N3 (Operations Department) and N7 (Readiness and Training Department) across the DOTMLPF-P spectrum and in support of operations and training. This position is multi-faceted and complex requiring coordination and integration with both strategic and tactical skill sets. The Exploitation SME must have in depth knowledge of EXU-1 and exploitation processes and will provide services and capabilities that support operational forces from both inside and outside the continental United States (CONUS/OCONUS). The SME will work with/by/and through N3 and N7 Department leadership to implement strategies to meet training requirements, analyze risks, and deploy solutions with respect to matters of significance within the areas identified below.

Support N7 throughout the planning, coordination, and execution of training for TXP, Advanced Exploitation Company (AXC) and command personnel to meet requirements outlined in the Optimized Fleet Response Plan.

Support the conduct of experimentation and technical investigation to determine the overall function of conventional and improvised ordnance/weapons through disassembly, exploitation and range testing.
