Training Coordinator
Position Summary
DarkStar Intelligence seeks a candidate to assist the Government in executing all training operations and coordination functions. Responsibilities include coordinating with external customers, maintaining student records, creating course certificates, generating reports and briefings, managing annual course schedules, overseeing accreditation activities, and developing standard operating procedures. Office support duties include maintaining phone rosters, onboarding personnel, managing share-drive access, and updating leadership calendars for training events and meetings.

Primary Duties & Responsibilities
Assist the Government in executing all training operations and coordination functions required for the successful completion of courses.
Coordinating with external customers, maintaining electronic and hard copy student records, creating course certificates, creating metric reports and briefings, creating and maintaining the annual course and classroom schedules, coordinating oversight and accreditation activities, and developing and maintaining standard operating procedures.
Provide office operations support, including maintaining phone rosters, onboarding new personnel (Government, Military, and Contractor), managing share-drive access, and updating leadership calendars when coordinating training events and meetings.
Minimum Qualifications
Active Top Secret/SCI clearance
Counterintelligence Polygraph (preferred)
At least three (3) years of experience performing administrative tasks.
Experience operating office equipment, including photocopiers, scanners, fax machines, and telephones.
Proficient in using the Microsoft Office software suite.
Salary Range
$87,000 – $100,000
This pay range is a general guideline and not a guarantee of specific compensation or salary. When extending an offer, DarkStar Intelligence considers various factors, including (but not limited to) the jobs responsibilities, education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities, as well as internal equity, market data alignment, applicable bargaining agreements (if any), and other relevant laws.
