PROGRAM ANALYST

Summary You will serve as a PROGRAM ANALYST in the INTELLIGENCE DIVISION of MARINE CORPS COMBAT DEVELOPMENT CMD. Responsibilities You will be responsible for collaborating with innovation activities within Department of Defense, Joint Staff, industry and academia for the identification, oversight, and transition integration of advanced and emerging technology. You will collaborate with the national Intelligence Community (IC) for applicable technologies that improve the Marine Corps’ ability to sense and make sense. You will coordinate day-to-day mission operations, tasking, and reporting for the Innovation Branch. You will plan work to be accomplished and sets short-term priorities within the Innovation Branch. Requirements Conditions of Employment Qualifications Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-13 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: Analyzing and evaluating major administrative aspects of substantive, mission-oriented Intelligence, Surveillance, and Reconnaissance programs, which includes the developing long-range program plans, goals, and objectives; developing new ways to resolve major administrative problems and developing new criteria for measuring program accomplishments.
