Job Description:

Responsible for planning, schedules, coordinate and/or monitor final approval of products through the complete production cycle to meet production schedules and requirements. Work from drawings bills of materials to estimate materials and labor pricing. Advise management of the status of work in progress by coordinating with manufacturing, quality, and supply chain as well as interfacing with engineering. Work to resolve material shortages for backlogs and other potential schedule interruptions. Assignments are moderately difficult requiring some judgement. Works under limited supervision; fully proficient to perform production planning.

Essential Functions:

Demonstrate Microsoft and computer knowledge/skills

Familiar with MRP and preferably Costpoint

Work to achieve operation targets within job area

Qualifications:

Computer skills, MRP and Microsoft Suite

Requires a High School Diploma or equivalent and a minimum of 3 years of prior relevant experience

Preferred Additional Skills:

Have a proven track record of reliability, responsibility, safety, and solid organization skills

Strong communication and teaming skills

Excellent attention to detail

Willingness to work in a fast-paced production environment

Proficient computer skills, including MS Office suite, and MRP data bases
