The Impact You Will Have:

As a Talent Acquisition Sourcer, you will partner with all members of our Talent Acquisition & Business Partner teams to build candidate pipelines for positions across all business units nationwide. You will develop a deep understanding of QTS, our culture, and the desired qualifications in developing comprehensive sourcing strategies. This position plays a critical role in ensuring QTS has a high-quality talent pipeline available at all times.

In addition to pipeline generation, you will gather, maintain, and share market intelligence and knowledge of competitor companies in each QTS region.

This opportunity focuses on results including lead generation and quality hires. Work location is open to any of our major markets (Atlanta/Suwanee, GA; Ashburn, VA; Overland Park, KS).

What You Will Do:

Source for high-priority positions across the business to include Facilities, Finance, Sales, Corporate, and Technical Operations positions

Use sourcing tools and techniques to identify top talent through social media, job boards, networking, referrals, and Boolean searches, including candidate contact information

Lead Recruitment Marketing initiatives including lead generation, social media, paid search, and other creative strategies to identify and connect with passive candidates and leads

Gain a strong understanding of hiring profiles across the business as well as urgent hiring needs

Measure and track pipeline activity and share results

Support recruiting agency program and other programs as assigned

Serve as recruitment technology administrator for specialized recruiting tools

Workday system testing as required to support recruiting module enhancements, break/fix etc.

Craft custom and meaningful outreach to encourage engagement

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent related experience

Five or more years of successful candidate-sourcing experience

Three years of recruitment marketing experience

Two or more years of applicant tracking software experience

Strong Project Management and prioritization skills

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

Experience supporting remote customers

One or more year of Workday Recruiting Module experience
