JOB SUMMARY:
This role will help Universal Orlando Resort learn about and improve the experiences of our guests. Field Research Administrative Coordinators will play a key role in assisting the Consumer Insights team in providing business critical information about our guests: where they’re from, why they’re here, and what they love (and don’t) about their experiences with us. The primary role is to provide support to the Field Team related to scheduling and daily operations. Secondary duties include providing support for department clerical and administrative duties.
MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES:
Completes a weekly schedule for the UO Field Team using various scheduling databases. Balances forecasted business needs and Team Member availability to provide schedules that adhere to project guidelines, minimizing the effect of interviewer bias on data collection. Adjust schedules per policy and procedures as needed based on attendance levels, special events, and other factors. Ensures Team Members are utilized in the proper role and advise the Sr. Field Leadership Team of staffing shortfalls impacting project scheduling guidelines.
Provides Field Team operational support. Create and modify daily pre-shift agendas and project disposition sheets, error check daily survey productivity, and maintain daily and monthly incidence tracking spreadsheets. Responsible for submitting monthly supply orders. Assists Field Leadership Team with equipment maintenance and tracking.
Provides general administrative support to the Field Leadership Team. Performs clerical duties including but not limited to compiling, updating, and maintaining data on spreadsheets and word processing documents, maintaining department files, creating SOP documents for field team processes, covering the phone system, and disseminating sensitive materials to the appropriate areas. Assists with maintaining and updating Consumer Insights spaces. Partners with various departments in the area to maintain shared spaces. Assists with ongoing TSAT initiatives.
Ensures that established Policies and Practices relating to scheduling and timecards are being followed, escalate issues as necessary. Assists with the daily maintenance/weekly review of team member timecards and follows up as needed to correct inconsistencies. Assists with approving schedule swaps and shift adjustments as needed.
Provides Media Center operational support. Assists with Media Center operations including receptionist and front desk responsibilities. Dispenses appropriate study incentives to respondents after completed sessions and complete incentive reports.
Understands and actively participates in Environmental, Health & Safety responsibilities by following established UO policy, procedures, training and team member involvement activities.
Performs other duties as assigned.
EDUCATION:
High school degree or GED is required;
Degree-seeking or college degree preferred.
EXPERIENCE:
1 Year: clerical, customer service, data entry, computer experience preferred.
Marketing research experience a plus;
Or equivalent combination of education and experience.
