Title:

Senior Logistics Analyst

Responsible for technical/operational leadership of a project/mission within the programmatic guidelines set by senior management and customer. Conducts frequent interface with senior leadership. Defines, generates, and reviews project requirements documentation. Provides support with overall direction, guidance, leadership and coordination of business operations and management programs. Performs technical studies to refine project requirements. Supports management of administrative needs, taskings, and evaluations. Provides assistance with identifying actions that are assigned to the organization, coordinates assignment of all tasks, and monitors compliance and completion. Initiates coordination between resource managers/supervisors/subordinates and ensures all necessary reviews and approvals are received. Provide Logistic and Programmatic support to Air and Missile Defense Programs. Influences the strategy for the Group to address internal or external business and regulatory/compliance issues. Proactively identifies and solves the most complex problems that impact the management and direction of the business for assigned Group. Develops improvements to complex workflows, processes, and management practices and provides logistically sound recommendations to support programmatic decisions made by senior leadership. May participate in the development of the product or business strategy for the Group. Recognized as an individual with a high degree of initiative and advanced expertise which may span multiple disciplines. Serves as the central point of contact for logistics and maintenance issues. Organizes and coordinates the planning and production of activities associated with assigned delivery order projects. Coordinates completion of logistical projects within area of assigned responsibility. Develops and coordinates, with appropriate senior personnel, the expansion of current business areas as well as the initiation of new business that are consistent with the goals and objectives established by Senior Management.

Minimum Education:

Bachelor’s Degree with 10 years of experience or HS with 18 years of experience.

Clearance:

Secret clearance is required so the applicant must have an active clearance or be eligible to obtain and maintain one.

Special Requirements and Qualifications:

Periodic Travel required

Required Skills:

Demonstrates competent writing and oral communication skills.
