Safest Nursing Ratio (One on One patient care)

Est. pay: $25-$32 per hour (based on patient acuity)

Uncapped Referral Bonus: $1,000 per hired referral

Maxim Healthcare in Loudon is hiring for a Registered Nurse (RN) to work with Pediatric and/or Adult patients in their own homes.

Case 1:

Location: Loudon

Shift: 4/3 rotation, 7am-7pm

Acuity: G-tube

Age: Pediatric

Positions available: 1

Case 2:

Location: Philadelphia

Shift: Monday-Sunday, 7am-10pm

Acuity: G-tube

Age: Pediatric

Positions Available: 3-4

Case 3:

Location: Lenoir City

Shift: Monday-Friday, 8pm-6am

Acuity: G-tube

Age: Pediatric

Positions Available: 1-2

Responsibilities:

Utilize the nursing process to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care.

On each assignment, provides skilled nursing care/services in accordance with prescribed orders

Assess signs and symptoms indicating physiologic and psychosocial changes in the patient’s condition.

Collects, analyzes, and interprets data and information from health care members and documents actual and/or potential nursing diagnoses.

Qualifications:

Currently licensed as an RN in the state in which the RN will practice.

Current TB or Chest X-Ray.

Current BLS card
