Are you looking to further your experience in the office and admin field? Randstad is currently accepting applications for a receptionist in Maryville, TN. Schedule is Monday-Friday with half days on Wednesday work. $15 per hour and temp to hire. Job Duties Include: · Greeting Clients: Welcome customers as they enter the branch, ensuring a friendly and professional atmosphere.
· Managing Inquiries: Answer phone calls and emails, providing information about loan products, services, and branch policies.
· Scheduling Appointments: Organize and manage appointments for loan officers and other staff members.
· Handling Documentation: Assist clients in filling out loan applications and ensure all required documentation is collected.
· Data Entry: Input and maintain customer information in the branchs database accurately.
· Payment Processing: Accept payments from clients and issue receipts, ensuring proper documentation.
· Maintaining Office Supplies: Monitor and order office supplies as needed to ensure smooth daily operations.
· Assisting with Marketing: Help with promotional activities, such as distributing flyers or updating social media.
· Coordinating Communication: Facilitate communication between clients and loan officers, relaying messages as necessary.
· Maintaining Cleanliness: Ensure the reception area and waiting room are clean and organized.
· Compliance: Stay informed about company policies and legal regulations related to lending to ensure compliance in daily operations.
· Customer Service: Address any client concerns or issues promptly and professionally.
