The ideal candidate must be able to react and adapt to change in a fast paced working environment, be a self-started, and well organized with exceptional time management and communication skills.Essential Duties and Functions:Represents Fahe in the most positive manner with prospective, former and current members, clients, suppliers and the community we serve. Interacts effectively with a diverse group of staff and customers of our services.Serve as the primary department support with CL loan applications through phone support.Maintain positive relationships with all third party vendors, such as attorneys, appraisers, closing agents, investor reps, etc. to uphold Fahe’s reputation and mission.Assist the Loan Officer in gathering required information and documentation, and keeping borrowers abreast of the status of loan applications.Assist in preparations for Loan Committee and other department meetings.Request, follow up, and review loan closing packets for accuracy to ensure clarity and conformity to Fahe Commitment Letter.Serve in the lead role in coordinating all activities related to the preparation and review of commercial loan documentation and loan closings.Ensure all pre and post loan closings requirements are completed in a timely manner.Ensure accurate closed loan packages are turned over to the Portfolio Manager in a timely manner.Serve as lead in compliance for periodic project reporting for funders and investors.Ensure accurate information is input on loan submissions in BytePro Enterprise, Nortridge, Fundingo and other corporate systems, and updated as needed. Serves in an administrative capacity to the department for duties as assigned around reporting, workflow creation, template creation and special projects/grants. Honor the private and confidential matters of customers and co-workers. Requirements for this position include:Work independently and collaboratively, and constructively in a team environment with shared goals with a wide variety of people;Have the ability to meet multiple deadlines while managing other tasks;Excellent customer service approach;Strong organizational skills with strict attention to detail;Excellent written and verbal communication skills,Demonstrate a professional demeanor;Ability to retain and adapt within a consistently changing environment;Knowledge and proficiency working with MS Office applications;Basic Administrative Duties, Basic Office Equipment Usage; Preferred Education and Experience:Bachelor’s or Associates Degree preferred, High School Diploma or GED required.Minimum of 2 years customer service and lending or loan processing experience required.Advanced knowledge of MS Office Excel preferred.
