Greet visitors; Answer phones; and other office activities as required

ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

The Receptionist is responsible for: understanding ISO 9001:2015; receptionist and secretarial duties; maintaining and ordering office supplies; processing job applications; daily Post Office, maintaining attendance records, point of contact to the Janitor and other miscellaneous tasks. All job duties must be performed in a satisfactory manner and in accordance with safety procedures. The employee may be asked to perform other duties as required by business needs.

QUALIFICATIONS:

Qualifications for this position are: Previous computer experience is required; basic math, grammar, and typing skills are preferred.
