Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician with a foundational understanding of various technical disciplines. The ideal candidate will possess basic knowledge of pneumatic and hydraulic equipment, electrical work, die-casting, and associated equipment. Responsibilities include reading schematics, using inspection tools, performing preventative maintenance tasks, and handling chemicals safely. The technician must also be proficient in operating power industrial trucks and boom lifts, and have a solid grasp of lockout/tagout procedures.

Qualifications

Basic knowledge of pneumatic and hydraulic equipment

Basic knowledge of electrical work

Understanding of die-casting equipment

Reading schematics and blueprints

Use of inspection tools

Proficiency with power tools

Machine shop skills

Basic shop math skills

Preventive maintenance skills

Confined space procedures

Spill control and chemical handling

Lockout/Tagout procedures

Operation of power industrial trucks

Operation of boom lift

Work Site

This is a fully on-site position in Macedonia, Ohio.

Work Environment

Very loud, clean around the facility, can be dirty in work areas around the machinery
