A caregiver in this position works 8:00am-5:00pm traditionally. This position does require some evening and Saturday hours to meet with students or for events.
A caregiver who excels in this role will:
Develop, implement, manage and maintain operational systems and activities.
Serve as a liaison with all levels of the organization and outside community.
Manage multiple priorities and projects with competing deadlines.
Allocate time to meet completion requirements.
Serve as a coach and mentor for other positions in the department.
Review and monitor adherence to Human Resources policies and corporate compliance procedures.
Minimum qualifications for the ideal future caregiver include:
Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Administration or related field.
Two years of experience in project management, data analysis and systems training.
High School diploma/GED and six years of experience may substitute for the degree requirement.
Associates degree and four years of experience may substitute the Bachelors degree requirement.
Masters degree and one year of experience may substitute for one year of experience.
Preferred qualifications for the ideal future caregiver include:
Masters degree.
Knowledge of statistical and financial analysis, primary research and business plan development.
Strong presentation, communication and training skills required for most positions.

Physical Requirements:
Ability to communicate and exchange accurate information.

Pay Range
Minimum hourly: $25.13
Maximum hourly: $38.33
