Job Title: Lab Technician

Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Lab Technician to join our team. You will work in an R&D setting, formulating mixtures from raw ingredients, preparing and painting panels, and formulating paints. You will need to lift up to 5 gallons and handle documentation and data analysis. Some testing may be very routine, and you will run physical tests on paints, pour and mix paints, and collaborate in a team environment. The position follows a day shift schedule, typically from 8 AM to 4:30 PM with a 30-minute lunch break, Monday through Friday.

Professional R&D facility and lab. The work environment may be messy with paint or polymers, but it maintains a professional atmosphere and requires candidates to be sharp and well-polished.
