The ideal candidate is someone who has:
Financial statement preparation and audit support experience.

In our Finance division, caregivers use their knowledge and skills every day to provide exceptional experience for patients and their families. As a Senior Financial Analyst, you will join the Finance divisions corporate accounting team.
A caregiver in this position works 8:00am – 5:00pm.
A caregiver who excels in this role will:
Provide financial or Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) data, metrics and standard/ad hoc reporting to support the organizations needs.
Prepare, analyze and communicate key financial information.
Provide support to management and other staff members regarding financial reporting and other issues.
Assist with budget preparation, budget review for compliance and financial planning processes.
Retrieve and manipulate complex information with database tools, such as SAS and Teradata.
Consult with all levels of management to provide decision support for initiatives, policies and procedures.
Perform special projects and duties related to research, forecasting and conflict resolution.
Minimum qualifications for the ideal future caregiver include:
Bachelors degree in accounting, finance business or a related field.
Four years of financial, RCM or general analytical experience.
Ability to complete sophisticated, analytical, consultative and information support through analysis and report preparation.
Strong understanding of complex key performance indicators, cash flow analysis, product line analysis and proposal development.
Preferred qualifications for the ideal future caregiver include:
Masters degree. A masters degree and three years of related experience may substitute the education and experience requirements.
Cleveland Clinic Finance Fellow experience may substitute one year of required experience.
Certified Public Accountant (CPA) or Certified Management Accountant (CMA).
Healthcare experience.
Experience preparing financial statements and working with external auditors.

Physical Requirements:
Ability to communicate and exchange accurate information.
Ability to perform work in a stationary position for extended periods.
Ability to work with physical records or operate a computer or other office equipment.
In some locations, ability to travel throughout the hospital system.
In some locations ability to move up to 25 lbs.
Personal Protective Equipment:
Follows Standard Precautions using personal protective equipment as required for procedures.
Pay Range
Minimum hourly: $27.65
Maximum hourly: $42.17
The pay range displayed on this job posting reflects the anticipated range for new hires. A successful candidates actual compensation will be determined after taking factors into consideration such as the candidates work history, experience, skill set, and education.
