Position Summary:
Are you a skilled mechanic with a passion for heavy-duty vehicles? This company is looking for a
motivated Fleet Mechanic to join its dynamic team! In this role, youll be responsible for
diagnosing, maintaining, and repairing a diverse fleet of diesel trucks, roll-off trucks, and trailers.  This position offers year-round work in a supportive and safe environment.
Position Responsibilities:

– Preventative Maintenance & Repairs: Perform routine maintenance and troubleshoot mechanical and electrical systems, including engines, transmissions, brakes, and more
– Expert Diagnosis: Utilize diagnostic tools and software to identify issues and implement effective solutions
– Safety First: Inspect and adjust key components to ensure safety and reliability on the road
– Stay Organized: Keep a clean and efficient work area while maintaining up-to-date knowledge of industry technologies and practices
– Customer Communication: Provide accurate estimates for repair times and costs, ensuring exceptional service for our clients

Qualifications:

– Minimum 2 years in heavy-duty vehicle maintenance, with hands-onexperience in steering and transmission repair
– Strong problem-solving abilities, mechanical troubleshooting, and excellent communication skills
– Willingness to work in varying conditions and accommodate overtime as needed.
– Valid drivers license
– CDL license is a plus
