Adecco is currently recruiting for a Night Shift Coater Machine Operator Positions in the Strongsville, Ohio area. Our client’s focus is manufacturing or remanufacturing of high-quality armature, stator, OEM coils, and field service coils for the transit industry while maintaining high quality.
This Role Offers:
Base Pay: $20 per hour
Night Shift get a $1 per hour shift differential.
Shift Hours: (Night) 5:45PM-6:00AM
12 hour rotating Shift Week 1 Monday, Tuesday, Friday, Saturday Week 2 Sunday, Wednesday (every other weekend Friday, Saturday, Sunday off)
Coater Machine Job Description:
Position Overview: operate a gravure coater (gravure is a type of printing process) applying solvent/epoxy/water-based coatings to coils of aluminum. Setup, troubleshoot, run and washup equipment. Some computer skills required to input volume and hours into an ERP system and to adjust the equipment settings for tensions, line speed, brake, oven controls, etc. Quality control testing knowledge with using lab equipment would good but not required.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Responsible for ensuring products meet customer requirements.
Clean and maintain machines.
Monitor machine and make needed adjustments
Requirements:
High School graduate, or equivalent course work in skilled crafts or trades training.
One year minimum industry experience in manufacturing or transportation and/or training.
Forklift Certified.

Pay Details: $21.00 per hour
