JOB SUMMARY

Responsible to the Trumbull County Board of Commissioners and 9-1-1 Center administration for supporting the 9-1-1 mission. Receive calls from the public for assistance, dispatch and coordinate responses of public safety agencies.

Shift Supervisor/Acting Supervisor

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Complies with the responsibilities, rules, and procedures described by the Board of Commissioners.

Updates knowledge of present and projected role of the 9-1-1 Center.

Works as a member of the 9-1-1 team.

Will assist in tasks necessary to ensure the smooth operation of the 9-1-1 Center.
